I am not sure if this was an issue on the Expedia or the property owner but I was completely lost on the day. It was late in the night and the trains were stopped and I had to walk to the hotel. It was very confusing as the address pointed me to a different direction. I had to ask people on the street to find the place. "

"Takarazuka Hotel looks like an estate in Europe, fitting in with the Takarazuka atmosphere. I loved just being in the hotel no matter what I was doing. The breakfast buffet was lovely."

"添い寝の子連れでしたが、予約した時よりも大きめのベッドの部屋に変えてくれていました。おかげで大人2人と子供でよく眠れました。大浴場は広くはありませんがお部屋のお風呂よりゆっくり入れてよかったです。洗い場が3箇所だけなので、順番待ちされていたり、使えるロッカーが少なくて困っている方がいました。総合的には、掃除もされていて朝食も十分で不便はなかったです。ありがとうございました。"
