"This hotel is a five star hotel for sure. Staffs are well trained, got lots of amenities in room, nice clean hot bath on top floor as private use. You can enjoy Japanese “kaiseki” meal."

"The hosts were amazing. Totally went above and beyond! I was offered to be driven to Omurayama. They also offered to drive me back but I opted for the bus (for the experience!) Also, I was super impressed by one of the female workers speaking so many languages! I'm also a super picky eater but the traditional breakfast was amazing. Last but not least, when I checked out I was given the offer to drive me to the station. They're just such lovely and kind people!"
