Big location issue so contacted the hotel immediately but no answer ☎️ Contacted Hotels.com by chat and they couldn’t reach the hotel after multiple attempts. A final attempt got through but futile, as the hotel stated they cannot communicate in English. Why on Hotels.com 🤷🏻‍♂️ Maybe they need someone to refer to in these situations 🇺🇸 🇬🇧 Hotels.com said they would...

"The rooms were really spacious and had many amenities. The reception staff were super nice and always smiling. The breakfast was okay. The only downside is that the room wasn't the cleanest. "

"Newly renovated interior, very clean, breakfast area was very clean as well as the laundry room. Very close to subway station, bus stop and walkable to restaurants and markets. I would stay at this place again as it was a very reasonable price. "

"They are going out of business and no one goes to the place. Price was too high comparing other clean and comfortable: $80 vs $45 per night. Local taxi drivers told me that no one goes to the place and I did a big mistake. I had to move another hotel after spending one night there with no refund at all."
