Some staff in the reception spoke no English at all, while other reception staff barely spoke English, making communications hard. They were also not able to solve the lack of WiFi in our room, nor the weak internet in the reception area, claiming our devices were bad. Other small details include having to ask for toilet paper since the room had none; a leak in the bathroom; and a bad breakfast. Overall, for the price of the room, we still expected more, specially when considering the services provided in the other five hotels we were in in Turkey.
