Convenient location. Nice Hotel. Staffs in front desk and concierge are very friendly , especially Nomuda San is very helpful. Appreciate her help and time to book the restaurant for us.

Excellent location and room size. Amazing for the value

The hotel is within walking distance from Rinku Town Station. The affordable price makes it an ideal hotel for those who need to get an early start to or are arriving late from Kansai Airport. I had a street facing room and though quiet for most of the time, I could occasionally hear the rumble of heavy vehicles late into the night. Pro tip: If you are carrying heavy luggage you can use the escalators at Star Gate Hotel if you use Rinku Town Station exit 3.

The place is warm and clean with an exquisite local touch. Environment is serene and peaceful. Staff are extremely warm and paid great attention to our needs to ensure that we have a pleasant experience.

Hotel is spacious & provide bus shuttle service to / from KIX.

Nice location. Many local eatery choices around and 10mins walk to shopping area . relatively spacious room compared to the Japan hotel size. Good room deco and vibe. Only thing is not sure how long they do the house keeping. Mine was not done for all the 3 nights.

The room is big for a family of 4. Clean room and full amenities. Airport shuttle provided required booking. Short walk to premium outlets.

This is the best hotel I stayed during my recent trip to Japan. Everything is just perfect in terms of location wise, friendliness and the building and room are maintained very well and clean. Will definitely return to this hotel when I visit Osaka next time.

Great place near the train station. Room was clean and quiet. Very warm hospitality from the owners. Within walking distance from restaurants.

Great place to stay and really comfortable . Simply value for money . Close to the railway station.
