This property probably was a 4-star hotel a long time ago but now it’s a 3. The hallway carpet is torn and the AC in my room didn’t get to the low temperature I wanted even after the maintenance crew adjusted it. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful!

For Kemang, this is a really good property to stay at. I moved here from another hotel in Jakarta Selatan so that I could be within walking distance to restaurants and stores. Good location.

The fact that i didnt make this reservation some one user my account charged my credit card. I live in canada not indonesia. Terrible security measures by expedia and the hotel. I had to change my email address and credit cards. Affecting my business

This is a really nice hotel for the price! The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean. The breakfast buffet is pretty good and pool area is spacious and relaxing. The shower in our room was a little slow to drain and the shower head could be upgraded, but this is a minor issue! Highly Recommend for anyone traveling in South Jakarta! ^_^
