The hospitality and genuine kindness of every staff that we have come across, are simply amazing. My wife and I unanimously agreed that everyone and all departments are just extremely helpful. I feel that everybody that we engaged with are so happy to go above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one. We absolutely will stay again in such hotel if we are in Jakarta next. It is connected to a modern clean mall, I could pick up a few snacks at grocery store, liqueur store, and drugstore along with getting pedicure and manicure without driving around. All within mall! Staff are amazing spoken English well and very friendly and professional. Wanted to use swimming pool which is roof top and ver cool, but ran out of time. Easy access to airport. Food delicious! Thank you.

Not standard hotel for hilton
When i book this hotel months ago, i specifically ask to clean the rooms well cause i have dust allergy. The room that i booked is suite room. When we check in after 3 pm, the Front Desk said the room is not quite ready, so we have to come back about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, still not ready. So wait for awhile, finally she said ready to check in and enter the room. After waiting for so long, when we saw the room still not clean completely. The floor still dirty, the coffee still sticky and have some residue and dust. The sofa have cigarette burns here and there, I thought this room is smoking free but … long story short, the room not what we expected as suites room. Also we have to wait for mgr in duty for long time, until I asked again to the housekeeping mgr. Very disappointed

Got a suite here, though I was given the floor just above the pool, i barely hear any noise. Staff were great and quite responsive to turn off the corridor music after 3am. Breakfast was great with a generous amount of options to start your day with. I like the fact that the hotel is attached to a sjopping center. Very convenient to get what you need and eat. Would stay again!
