The hotel's design is quite interesting, something more modern and relaxed. However, it doesn't seem to be geared towards an international clientele. The staff barely spoke English, even at reception, and the security guards in the ground-floor lobby didn't speak a word, making it difficult to ask for information, even to order an Uber. Another thing: for a hotel that aims to be international, not paying attention to having universal outlets in the rooms is a childish mistake. Regarding the restroom, face towels and other amenities typical for a hotel that aims to be modern were not provided. The breakfast also doesn't offer what's called international coffee; the options seemed to me to be limited to local dishes and stews. In short, the hotel's architectural design is quite nice, but it doesn't cater to an international clientele; I see it more as a place for local service.

The lobby is very nice to sit and work, it also looks very clean and nice. The rooms are much smaller but good for the price, rooms, especially the bathroom was clean and very decent looking. To get into the hotel even for your driver to drop you off, you have to pay 5k IDR, so it is very inconvenient. the area around the hotel is not great, but overall this hotel is very nice.

Really nice modern hotel with nice rooms and nice facilities. Staff were all friendly and very helpful! And a nice air conditioned gym. My only slight issue was that I couldn’t get the air conditioning as cold as I like it! Special shout out to the girl who was working on the ice cream stall on the ground floor. She was so lovely and smiley! Please give her a pay rise!

Heb hier twee weken goed genoten. Let wel op, het ligt aan een enorm drukke straat, dus even een taxi nemen om ergens naar toe te gaan duurt vrij lang door het drukke verkeer. Personeel erg vriendelijk en staan altijd voor je klaar, goed geholpen ook met wat luidere buren. Ontbijt is fantastisch, allerlei diverse van over de hele wereld! Oh ja en was ook erg blij met het aanbod om te sporten, alles is er wat je nodig hebt om jezelf te blijven onderhouden. Rennen, fietsen, gewichten. Bedankt YELLO!
