Loved the scenery and the luxurious vibe. The room was amazing and the outdoor bath was superb. The location was easy enough to get to with a hire car and the staff were fantastic and helpful. Easily the nicest hotel stay I have ever had.

이 호텔은 모든 면에서 이제까지 다닌 다른 호텔보다 제일 좋은 시설과 서비스를 제게 보여 주었습니다. 친절함과 모든 업무에서 밝은 미소로 서비스를 해주는 직원들이 저를 너무 편안하게 만들었읍니다. 어떤 디자이너가 설계했는지는 모르지만 익숙한 나의 집보다 더 편하고 편안한 잠자리, 스마트한 화장실 변기 그리고 감성있는 샤워실. 한가지 아쉬움은 날씨 때문에 야외 온탕을 사용하지 못한점이네요. 하지만 날씨때문에 나가지 못한 나의 마음을 아침 뷔페의 부드럽고 맛난 음식들이 감싸주었고 하루 일정후의 2층 바에서 경험은 어떤 다른 고급 음식점보다 좋았어요.한입 후의 입안의 음식들이 하루를 미소짓게 만들고 추천한 한잔의 와인이 여행자의 하루의 피곤을 녹여주어 편안한 여행을 만들어 주었네요. 이 모든 서비스에 감사하며 즐거운 제주의 추억 일부에 보관 하겠읍니다. 감사합니다 종업원 여러분

객실 상태에 대한 전반적인 점검이 필요한 것 같습니다.

객실의 유리컵도 한개가 덜 비치되어 있었고 욕조의 마개가 고장이 나서 한방중에 수리를 하고 샤워기의 온수 조절 기능이 문제가 있어 온수 조절이 안되었습니다. 시설에 대한 전반적인 점검이 필요 할 것 같습니다.

어린이가 있는 가족여행에 추천

복층 구조라 아이들이 너무 좋아 합니다. 저상형 침대로 아이들한테 좋았고 얼마되지는 않지만 어린이용 쇼파등도 좋았습니다. 다만 수영장이나 조식 이용을 위해 거리 및 경사가 있어 차량을 이용해야 했었고 실외 수영장 수온이 낮아 아이들이 이용하기 힘들었습니다. 조식은 종류가 다양하지 않지만 전 아주 좋았고 특히 베이커리가 전 만족스러웠습니다. 독채 구조라 아이들이 뛰거나 시끄럽게 해도 전혀 미안하지 (?) 않았습니다. 주변에 편의 시설이 없어 이동해야 하는 번거로움이 있지만 다음에도 숙박 할 것 같습니다. 그리고 제가 묵은 방에는 옷을 거는 행거가 복층에 작은 거랑 현관 앞에 하나가 전부 였습니다. 참고 하셔야 할 것 같습니다. 1층부터 시작이 아니라 계단을 한층 올라가서 2, 3층을 이용하는 구조라 어느 정도 계단을 다닐 수 있는 연령대가 가야 할 것 같습니다.

방 곳곳에 디테일이 살아있습니다. 숙박하는 내내 편안함을 느꼈고 직원분들도 정말 친절해요. 궁금한 것이나 필요한 것이 있으면 바로바로 해결해주셨습니다. 숙소 분의기는 마치 외국에 살기 좋은 마을에 개인주택이 모여있는 듯한 느낌이 들었어요.

아주 편안하고 서비스가 훌륭한 숙소. 자쿠지와 어매니티가 갖춰져 있고 객실 숲 뷰가 아주 좋았어요. 단 해지고 호텔에 들어올 때 가로등이 없어 운전하기 너무 무서웠어요 가로등 설치 좀 해주세요

Nice. Upper room is small. Can only really sleep 4 people in the luna room. Not 5 as indicated in their luna room listing. The lunch buffet is worth it!
