"The hotel is indeed spotless. The English speaking hotel staff were accommodating and responsive to the queries raised by the guests even prior to our arrival. Also, their presence 24/7 is a plus factor. The availability of a washing machine and dryer is a big help as well. On top of this, it is accessible to restaurants, shopping centers among others.
