However, this hotel laundry room is concentrated on 2F only compared with several floors furnished laundry room last year. The worst thing is the laundry room is separated by male/ female. The staff told me the female one is out of order. Only man can access to male laundry room for use. It's inconvenient for me to staying a couple of days. The reason I chose this hotel is for the laundry. And the staff didn't inform me the info proactively."
