Family Fun in the Hot Springs

Our three‑generation getaway to Art Spa Hotel—my parents, my wife and I, and our two young sons—proved to be a memorable and thoroughly enjoyable escape. The resort’s facilities are its greatest strength: multiple pools and hot‑spring baths, a spacious Jacuzzi, and a spiral water slide that turned out to be just as entertaining for adults as it was for the kids. After long hours splashing around, we sank gratefully into spotless rooms with large, comfortable king‑size beds. The accommodations, though clean and well kept, did have a few quirks. Space felt tight once all our luggage was in, the glass‑walled bathroom offered little privacy, and the view from our window was limited to the rooftop rather than any scenery. Fortunately, we spent most of our waking hours outdoors enjoying the hotel’s amenities, so these drawbacks never came close to eclipsing our fun. Breakfast followed the same pattern: it wasn’t a lavish continental spread, but it delivered a satisfying range of local dishes along with a handful of Western staples. Anyone accustomed to European‑style morning fare might find it modest, yet we left the dining room content and ready for another day in the pools. All told, Art Spa Hotel struck an excellent balance for a family holiday. The minor inconveniences of the rooms paled beside the sheer variety of water attractions and the overall cleanliness of the property. 老飯店可是一點都不覺得老，房間內非常乾淨，最棒的是樓下的設施大人小孩都可以一直玩，唯一不足的是早餐不夠精緻選擇也不多，但是我下次有機會還會再來

以後來礁溪第一選擇的飯店

櫃檯有禮貌也很熱心說明，提早到可以將行李寄放櫃檯，房間大空間夠，窗外就是spa區景，白天客人戲水聲偶爾聽得見開心的笑聲，但不影響室內太多，聽著就想下樓玩水了，呵！ 飯店就在市區內走路就到鬧區名店覓食買買吃吃，星巴克就在路口，陳旺記 白水豆花也好近，整個超方便的， 房內瓶裝水貼心先放四罐在冰箱，檯面上也有常溫瓶裝水供客人自選需求，晚上9：30會廣播10：00關閉sap池，10點後更安靜了，其實我在外住宿很少一夜好眠的但在這裡睡得很舒服也很熟，以後到礁溪必定要住這啦！ 早餐中西式都有也很足夠，我們家是吃得超飽也滿意，食材新鮮選擇多樣，只有黑美式有夠酸澀，真是可惜了一點，但不影響我對這間飯店的滿意度，退房後車子續停，走去弈順軒買奶凍，周邊吃吃小吃逛逛，只要要開車時去櫃檯消磁15分鐘內離開就可以了，總之超級推這間飯店，唯一想問的是，spa 池水是溫泉水嗎？夏天有一點點微溫感，還是太陽太大把水曬溫了點

Good place to stay for hot spring

Free parking with ample of parking lots just opposite to the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and tidy. My kids love the free access to hot spring and have lots of fun there. Shopping street, massage salon and restaurants are within walking distance. The one thing to improve is the Wifi speed in the room.

房間舒適，位置完美，早餐普通，設施與用餐時間衝突

飯店與房間各方面都都很舒適，但小朋友期待的滑水道只開放一小時 而且很多人在排隊，所以就沒有去玩了 早餐中式菜色多，但口味普普，而西式方面更乏善可陳 用餐時間分成兩個時段，但第一個時段人多擁擠，第二個時段則剛好是戲水區開放時間，無法在用餐前去戲水區，而用完餐也差不多要退房了 選了第二個時段就只能放棄上午的戲水區。

大眾池很棒。可惜房間隔音不太好，住三樓早上七點就會聽到二樓餐廳桌椅拖拉的聲音。房間比較像湯屋同樣的價格可以有其他更好的飯店選擇。
