This hotel is old and has several issues. Upon my arrival, they designated a room in floor 7 to me. There were mold odor and extreme moisture in the corridor and the room. I have noticed black mold in my room and went back to the front desk and asked for changing my room. The staff were nice and changed my room to 5th floor. I think they spray the floor/room with Fabrize to cover the mold odor. It didn't smell as moldy but I can feel it. Maybe less mold and moisture here. I am allergic to mold; Both my friend and I were coughing in the morning. This was one of my worst experience with Hotels.com; I think they assign their worst rooms to Hotels.com; I am not sure if I want to continue using Hotels.com.
