We felt truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. Although we reached the hotel before check-in time, the staff kindly assisted with storing our luggage. When we returned later, our bags had already been placed in our room, which was a lovely surprise. A staff member personally showed us to the room and gave a short introduction, which made the experience feel even more thoughtful. The service throughout our stay was excellent and very professional. The hotel is in a great location, making it...

Super lovely place to stay in Chiao Hsi. Beautiful, serene and clean. Great place for a relaxing stay. Have been to this hotel for ample times. Still very well-maintained and clean. Super recommended

Old hotel but generally very well maintained. The bathroom at the roof top onsen needs some refurbishing, looks dull and dated. Love the activities such as tarts making, crafts making in the hotel, should have more varieties of them. The hotel also provides complimentary shuttles to take the guests to the nearby places, which is such a great service to provide! Would definitely stay here again if we revisit Yilan.

Room was huge, clean and hotel looks very new. Family friendly and lots of activities for kids. Nice pool and hot spring area and very convenient location. Take a car direct to taoyuan airport is about an hr. Much better than leaving from taipei

Staff is great, room is spacious and come with their own private hot spring which is amazing. Only downside is nothing much around there but that’s Jiaoxi in a nutshell. Would recommend to stay 5/5.

Room and staff.

Very spacious townhouse. Quiet and cosy environment. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Hotel has a whimsical feel in the lobby. Room is small but the bathroom is large. Surrounding area is safe and has shops and restaurants. A 3-5 min slow walk to train station and about 10 min walk to bus station.

Kids friendly with kids play area and kids activities. Excellent service staff and we had a great stay. Only disappointment is that the water for the bathtub doesn’t seem to be hot spring water.

Good location, helpful & friendly hotel staff, good to come back again

A nice and well maintained hotel. The room is clean and is huge! It is well located within minutes of walk from the train station and the bus transfer station. It is also very near to many eating places. Hotel staffs are very friendly.
