Took the more expensive room at the Mezzanine and was deeply disappointed. Firstly, the private bath area within the room was a nice sight, there was jacuzzi button but was not working. Place is disconnected from the main hotel. You would have to brave the weather to get to the public bath area where there are more options.
Bed was dirty. We can feel the dirt particles / sand on the bedsheet.
They provide a gimmicky console to control the music, which is not working. Fridge was fishy and not working and water kettle has apprarently too short an connection to the power outlet, which makes it unusable.
Lastly, the room was somehow located near a pipe where it produces intermittent noise throughout the night.
