Very noisy place. They rent the bar on premises to other non hotel guests for parties. Very difficult to get a good rest and would not recommend this place. Staff friendly, little English but poorly organized property.

Nice stay overall. Great location on the beach, nice pool, staff are friendly, good breakfast, room is decent sized and bed is comfortable. WiFi on the other hand is spotty and slow and the overall condition of the property could be improved a bit. For example, almost all the small pools on the upper level leak, which means that for the lower rooms, it looks like it’s constantly raining.

Very nice beachfront property with direct room access to the main pool on the first floor and plunge pools overlooking the property with the second floor rooms.

Property grounds are beautiful, my dissapoint was with the check in process and the way the staff handled it. They told us Expedia did not send them our reservation so we ended up staying in another property with no amenities. We had to walk in the sand to use the amenities at the hotel. They did give us a descount on the rating, which ended up being a bit lower than the original price but for no amenities, not sure it was worth it. Check in staff was not professional and there was no manager on site to help. We were told the manager had left for the day and would not return. Very dissapointing. Lorenzo was very nice, after we had finally gotten a room in the other hotel, he was nice to walk us there and got us to have breakfast in the original property, which was much nicer than where we ended up staying. Lady at check in had an attitude and was not friendly at all. For the price charged I would expect a lot more. Please train your reception staff to smile and be more professional and friendly.

We loved every minute of our stay. We definitely have to do it again. The hotel needs an expansion. Not enough rooms. Always booked.

Great hotel, poor service
Great hotel in Jeri, fab location near the Main Street and with privileged view to the sea and to the dunes. The room is very comfortable, and they have a small gym and spa. Food quality is ok but the fruit juices are not as tasteful as in the surrounding bars and restaurants. Almost no choice of imported beer. Poor service at breakfast, although they've apologised with a bottle of champagne which was a nice surprise. Very few staff speak English. The reception personnel and manager were very attentive. Kite surfing in Jeri is a must do. We had a free lancer instructor named Fernando who is well qualified and a very good teacher.

Hôtel excelente, mas hotelaria ruim. Chegamos 10h da manhã em dia chuvoso . Hotel estava vazio ( foi contado que 13 quartos estavam libres) mesmo assim nosso quarto só foi liberado às 14h. Pelo preço da diária eu esperaria um serviço de hotelaria mais digno

O hotel é muito bonito, a localização é privilegiada (na areia da praia) e a equipe é extremamente atenciosa. No dia de entrar recebi um contato do hotel informando que o meu apt (cult) teve um problema e que não seria possível me hospedar nele. Gerou uma dor de cabeça pequena, precisei envolver a equipe do hoteis.com e conseguiram resolver. Somente este ponto de ruim. Em relação ao hotel e ao apt cult, muito bom!

Excelente. Só não dou nota 10 por ser barulhento- ruim a acústica e funcionários falam alto no corredor- e pouca água fria nas torneiras do chuveiro e da pia. Jantar degustação muito bom

Poderia ser melhor!
Razoável, esperava mais do hotel, está precisando de uma reforma, pois as piscinas são pintadas e estão descascando e os quartos estão desatualizados. Café da manhã muito gostoso servido pelo Cleison, muito simpático! Pessoal na noite foi tolerante com 2 quartos que fizeram muito barulho até as 2h da manhã. Hotel bem localizado, tranquilo, mas não vale o valor investido.

Confortável, mas pontos a melhorar
Hotel muito bom, piscina no quarto com vista incrível e quarto muito confortável e limpo! Acho que deveriam se atentar ao volume do som na piscina e especialmente durante a noite. Funcionário passa horas regando um mesmo gramado em frente à piscina, não muito ecológico. Restaurante foi o ponto mais baixo da estadia. Sugiro rever o cardápio e a montagem dos pratos. Camarões vieram com cabeça, patinhas e intestino.

Incrivel, porem caro demais.
Hotel incrivel, receptividade excelente, a piscina é tudo de bom, o quarto e o banheiro sao grandes e luxuosos, o unico detalhe ficou com relaçao ao ar condicionado que nao gelava bem e a tv que apesar de grande tinha pouca conectividade (smart antiga com softwere ultrapassado). Paguei incriveis 2400 reais em uma diaria, que dava pra comprar um ar condicionado novo. Enfim, foi por uma boa causa.

Hotel muito bom e estadia muito agradável. Funcionários excelentes e comida muito boa. Únicas ressalvas foram as toalhas e lençóis não condizentes com um hotel deste nível, toalhas extremamente duras e reforma de quarto ao lado e do corredor ,começando as 8 hrs da manhã.

Check in demorado e desorganizado, pela proposta do hotel esperava um atendimento melhor. Falta manutenção nas piscinas e nos móveis flutuantes que estavam sujos e com lodo. A iluminação do restaurante no jantar é insuficiente. Já o atendimento no café da manhã é excelente e não deixa a desejar.

O hotel é muito bonito. Abrir a varanda e ter a vista para as dunas é demais. Fiquei no quarto com acesso à piscina geral, o que também é bem bacana. O quarto é espaçoso e confortável. Mas a iluminação do hotel (do quarto/banheiro principalmente) é péssima. Tudo muito escuro. O hotel alega que é para dar um clima romântico, mas não é funcional. A comida também não é das mais saborosas. Por fim, tive um problema muito desagradável. Já havia lido algo a respeito mas achei que tratava-se de um caso isolado. Toda tarde - entre 18 e 19h - batem no quarto para entregar um docinho. Um dos dias, estava cochilando e não abri a porta. Quando me dei conta, o funcionário estava abrindo a porta do quarto e entrando! Precisei avisar que havia gente lá dentro. Achei um absurdo entrarem no quarto com o hóspede dentro. Eu poderia estar tomando banho e não ter ouvido a porta, por exemplo. Como seria? Reportei à gerência, que apenas pediu desculpas - como se isso fosse resolver alguma coisa. Após insistir o quão insatisfeita eu estava com a postura do hotel com o ocorrido, e informar que iria reportar a situação na avaliação, recebi até um espumante no meu quarto… enfim, paga-se um valor muito alto pela diária, então eu esperava uma estadia impecável. O quarto é bom, a vista é incrível e é isso. Já fiquei em outros hoteis pelo mesmo valor em que minha experiência foi muito melhor! Não sei se voltaria.

Razoável! Não tinha água quente no chuveiro, avisei e não adiantou nada , o café da manhã é muito fraco , os produtos servidos ficam a desejar e falta uma reforma no local! Agora em relação aos funcionários são nota 10 super educados, atenciosos ! Fechei um jantar degustação que foi maravilhoso!
