bon hôtel, très calme

chambre belle et spacieuse -- super piscine .. personnel très gentil, mais la communication en anglais pour le moins difficile -- Je suis resté en tout 5 nuits, mais personne n'est jamais venu faire la chambre ni même proposer de changer la serviette...

Hotel too far out from anywhere

Hotel seemed great at start 2 beautiful wooden dinning setting but no resteruant to appreciate them. we had two rooms only one tv worked between both rooms due to way cabled, didn't get our water every day, toilet paper we had to ask for, shower jets smelt like suer water when turned on. Same room where Tv didn't work had cold- warm shower, wi fi very weak. Staff seem to be a bit lazy in the cleaning area. A lovely hotel with beautiful lead lights and furniture but needs a bit of TLC to make it shine.

Disappointing location

On our arrival the young men who met us couldn't speak or understand English very well, therefore a three way conversation via telephone was conducted. However, they were extremely friendly and helpful, if we requested anything they were very obliging, but we did have to remind them on several occasions to empty the bin in the room, change the towels and provide our complimentary water. The room was adequate. We attempted to organise breakfast, but again it was too difficult with the language barrier. The location not the best too far from Jimbaran to walk.

Great for a quiet, clean room only.

A great little quiet spot, great value for size and fit out of room. Important to note: no transport near by, must get a taxi or hire bike/car. Staff barely speak English so very difficult to communicate and the breakfast cooking quality was very very poor, a main disappointment. Rooms are NOT serviced daily, so we ran out of clean towels, toilet paper, tissues, clean glasses etc. Staff need more training, but as far as the room and facility goes - a great find.
