The interior and exterior of the villa were exactly as shown in the photos. The furniture was a bit outdated, but everything was in good condition. However, the kitchen utensils provided seemed quite old and might need to be replaced. When I first entered the villa, there was a slight musty smell, which was a bit uncomfortable, but after a day, it seemed to fade. I was able to request anything I needed from the villa’s butler, and the service of having breakfast made and cleaned up at the villa...

The paradisus, like the name indicates, satisfied all our expectation for a new 5-star hotel. With all the convenience provided by modern and well thought design of various facilities, it still manages to keep the traditional beauty that people appreciate very much in Bali. Stayed 3 nights here with two boys, only complaint is that the stay was too short. Will definitely come back. Staff: friendly and helpful Cleanness: superb Family friendly: kids Iove it here

Staying at Mayana Villa felt very homely, and the villa itself is big enough for 6 adults. Each villa has its own private pool, so it's really nice to be able to swim comfortably. But imo the depth of the pool is slightly too deep, a 163cm person had to tiptoe to stand in the pool. I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of the staff at Mayana as they were all so welcoming, helpful and friendly. They spent some time explaining to us certain stuff, telling us where are the good places...
