The hotel is great and the staff was really helpful and friendly. The hotel has amazing facilities - gym, pool, and the breakfast was awesome. There are good dining options nearby. The rooms were great and there are great options for transport services

Clean place lovely pool

Nice place for a layover though not much within walking distance . Rooms are clean wifi good , nice coffee shop next door and swimming pool was great, nice place to relax if you just want a chilled time

The rooms were clean but needed maintenance. The bathroom and toilets had some issues. Asked for hand towels, were told they do not provide it. We paid similar price at Ubud, and it was way lot better with more services. Location isn't very convenient. Not much eatery in walking distance. The staffs were very friendly and helpful though.

This a decent place to stay if you're looking for a short stay. Clean property, they have limited underground parking. As for the breakfast wish they had more choices. Overall our stay was pleasant.

Nice hotel. But too many mosquitoes

Nice hotel nice rooms but the lobby and the restraunt need air-conditioning on all the time not just for an hour or two a day. And the lobby and restaurant needs clearing of mosquitoes guests we're getting eaten alive.
