Misleading picture and reviews.
There was mould in the ceiling, stains on the sofa and bed sheets, peeling paintwork on the wall and ants on bed and the dining table. The pictures shows a homely and clean apartment but when we arrived it was not the case. We had 2 kids with us and no one wanted to stay there. As it was 11pm by the time we checked in, we had little choice for alternative accommodation. Check in was not easy either as we were initially given the wrong password to get the key. It was so bad, we decided to only use one of the beds. The rating and reviews are misleading too. I am so surprise that this is even listed because it is not in a good & clean condition.

Pinnacle Tower is a condominium located near KSL in JB, so be aware that this is not your usual hotel check-in. We informed the owner on the day itself via call, as well as once more once we're near the property. Owner was gracious and understanding enough to wait for us even at 12am in the morning, as we entered JB at night and were delayed. Check in was smooth and he kindly explain the facilities in and outside of the apartment to us + informed us of nearby amenities, such as convenience stores. Apartment was clean, looks very new and adequately decorated with some ornaments. 2 toilets in this 3 room, 6 men apartment - very clean and all you would expect from modern toilets. Towels and a washing machine were also available. Air-con was strong in the rooms, Wifi was fast and reliable even with multiple devices connected to it. Wardrobes had many hangers in them should u require to use it. There's a small kitchen area with some plates and cups that you can use too. A rectangular dining table with 6 seats is present for the occupants to utilise as well. Facilities available in Pinnacle Tower itself include an small infinity pool, a playground, as well as a moderately sized gym. All in all, we had a pleasant stay and will definitely look forward to staying here again.

The unit has a superb and unobstructed view of the city, the place was clean and comfortable during my stay. And my utmost gratitude for the excellent services provided by the staff, very polite, responsive and helpful. Overall experience was excellent.
