"Hotel staff were wonderful. The rooms were clean and had beautiful views. The balcony was spacious and comfortable and the rooftop pool area was perfect for relaxation. Plenty of wonderful food options from Italian to traditional Mexican and American with fresh fruit and vegetables and omelets made to order everyday. They even cooked the fish we caught and brought back for us and it was delicious! It's in a quieter spot on the island so it's good for children. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. "

"This resort exceeded our expectations. Being vegan it can be difficult to find a variety of appropriate food when traveling. Once the resort knew, the chefs prepared special meals just for me every dinner. I have never had that kind of service. BTW: the food! So amazing, every meal. The staff were all exceptional; friendly, helpful and courteous. Emiliano, Christina, Noe, Edgar, Karen, Iliana, Roberto, Alejandro, housekeeping staff; I wish I could remember everyone’s names. Every encounter was pleasant. Alan the manager, introduced himself on our first day and checked in throughout to ensure we were having a pleasant stay. Room was clean and well supplied. Housekeeping staff kept it that way for our 2 week stay. The hotel is quiet, calm and so very restful. The decor is beautiful. The spa is fantastic and the staff there were wonderful as well. Would love to return here again one day. "

"I was looking for peaceful place to stay and explore the island. The room was perfect and spacious. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook. Bathroom supplied toliries. Staff was gracious and always available. Light fare breakfast of fruit and fresh pastries was great way to start the day. 2 higher end restaurant next door and many with in walking. Right down ally to bus( cheapest way to get around island 20 pesos) and could walk to Punta sur, Garrafon park, kin ha. It’s not a party spot or resort vibe but that’s not what I wanted and provided an oasis away from tourists traffic areas. Pool is small but beautiful and well maintained with outdoor grill area available and lots of loungers. "
