He was incredibly attentive, patient, and professional, and went above and beyond to help resolve everything. David took the time to listen, understand the situation, and ensure I felt supported throughout the process. He is a real asset to the hotel, and his dedication to guest satisfaction deserves recognition. The pool was also a lovely feature of the hotel, adding to the overall experience. One minor disappointment was that the treadmill in the gym was not working,"
