"It was safe, but too far from the train station (about 20-25 minute walk) and there were not many decent restaurants within walking distance, if any. Otherwise, this hotel is PERFECT. Once you get to the train station, it's about 1:15-1:30 to get into various parts of central Tokyo, which isn't much longer than most other areas. Highly recommend, although there's another Mitsui Garden Hotel right next to the train station that I would definitely stay at instead if the rates were close. Thank you...

"The hotel was nice. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Expedia needs to fix their description of certain rooms having a clothes washer/dryer. We booked the room specifically because it said it had a washer/dryer, but it turned out to only be a washing machine with no dryer functionality. So we still had to end up carrying our wet clothes to the public dryer machines on the other floors."

The hotel is safe as you need a room key to access the floors with guest rooms. We enjoyed the breakfast with the view. Rooms were very clean and the room was large enough to accommodate 4 people. "This hotel is truly wonderful! The rooms are spacious and modern. The breakfast was great too and walking distance to the metro. there also is close restaurants and markets. The onsen is also a nice touch to use after a long day. I’ll be back for sure. The small touches like amenities at the front desk was also nice. Try the hair milk treatment. "
