"Do not wait until checkout to try and go to the lobby. Waited almost 30 minutes for an elevator that had room but it seemed like there were a lot of tour groups so it could have just been due to the groups and Buddha’s birthday. The view and local restaurants were worth every penny I would stay here again."

"I feel bad leaving such a negative review because the staff was very helpful and very kind. This is a non-smoking property, but my room smelled like I was inside of a cigarette. I paid $700 for my room for only a week and honestly, it wasn’t even worth it. The massage chair smelled like cigarette smoke. The bed was not clean and there was a leaking board of water in my room. Truthfully, I would not book here again. But the staff were very kind and very nice. Just the smell, and the lack of cleanliness really ruined it for me."

"We stayed in the loft room, which was clean and comfortable, but it felt quite cramped for 4 adults. The double bed was decent, though the room would have been much better with a bit more space. We spent a couple of minutes looking for the hotel when it is actually right in front of us because the hotel name at the carpark entrance was not very noticeable since we arrived at almost midnight. One of the best parts of the stay was the convenience — the hotel has a convenience store, self-service laundry facilities, and free parking, which made things very easy for guests. However, one thing we really disliked was the mini “zoo” on the 20th floor. The sheep were kept in an extremely small enclosure that seemed more suitable for much smaller animals, like rabbits. It was quite upsetting to see and took away from the overall experience."

"The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel staff where all very friendly and helpful. I strongly suggest buying the breakfast buffet. The food is delicious a good selection of items. I will definitely book this hotel for my next visit. Their is a wow pass kiosk and a convenience store on the property. Walking distance to a great outlet mall. I was able to book their airport shuttle, it is a 1st come 1st serve so get to the shuttle area before the scheduled departure time. If you are planning on spending time in Seoul, this hotel is far away. From the bus stop to hotel it's still a 30 min walk, taxis will get expensive. Just something to consider"
