"Great shuttle to airport"

"The suites furniture was stained all over and we did notice cockroaches but other than that it was a decent experience. It’s kind of hard to sleep at night because a bar across the street plays ridiculously loud music all hours of the night. The mall right under has great food but the hotels close proximity to local markets made it a quick cab ride to cheap street food."

"Hicimos la reserva a traves de hoteles.com y el hotel no registro nuestra reserva nos tuvieron casi dos horas esperando a que hoteles.com nos ayudara el cual super amable y atento en todo momento y cuando el hotel se dio cuenta de l error nos dejaron hacer el check in 2 horas perdidas sin pila, la atencion pesima… "

"Breakfast was pretty pricey for a very okay buffet but Cancún is Cancún. Rooms fine, big and bright. Very pleasant cleaning staff. Was there for the Hyrox at the Malecon, if you’re going for that it’s perfect location."

"We stay at Four Points for a few days every year before heading further south. Close to major shopping needs-Costco, Chedraui etc. Underground secure parking is nice to have. Room had a few issues-TV didn’t work but was addressed quickly. Very few towels provided so had to request more, but this was also dealt with promptly. Overall a comfortable stay."
