"It's really convenient for Chitose station (to Sapporo or the airport) and there's a decent amount of room in the unit itself. It's a bonus to have a washing machine and room to dry them. The Aeon supermarket and restaurants are close by. That's not to say it's perfect: (a) The road outside is quite noisy and the double glazing doesn't work well, (b) there's insufficient storage to hang clothes, and (c) having the hand sink next to the kitchen sink (and kitchen unit) is a strange one. The staff was not very helpful with their shuttle service; it has limitations and restrictions. Moreover, there seems to be s reluctance to be helpful more than absolutely necessary. "The room was great, and huge by Japan standards. The only problem was the check in was a bit of a pain. It is all over the phone and if you are a foreigner with a phone from outside of Japan the service isn't the best and issues came up. But overall worth the price and close to the train station."
