"The unit was spotless. Fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful views of the mountains and golf course. Appreciated that there was two bedrooms and two full bathrooms which made it very convenient for sharing with my teenage granddaughter! Balconies upstairs and downstairs was very nice too."

"Our trip to the Big Island was a last minute switch from Kauai due to storms. It was our first time on Hawaii Island, and we hadn't done any research in advance. The Mauna Lani turned out to be a perfect basecamp from which to explore the island's volcanos, beaches, oceans, tidepools, and history. It was luxurious without being fussy. The staff were almost without exception were warm and helpful. Our room had a beachfront view that was gorgeous, and a large lanai from which to enjoy it. I'm not sure if it was because the hotel was not at full capacity, but our room was very quiet, and our every need was met instantly upon request. We had so much fun!"

"Property is on a beautiful location, very quiet and well maintained. We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the really delicious complementary 7 course dinner. Highly recommend the property if you are looking for peace and quiet accommodations away from the busy resort locations."
