"I wish the music starts from 5 and ends at 7, this is because a lot of tourists go out in the morning and won’t come back until evening. We never had a chance to listen to the music. I also wish the bistro opens until 7;30. 6pm is too early. We were not able to get food unless we drive out. "

"We stayed here back in 2015 without kids. This time we stayed for 5 nights with our 4 children. Staff were really nice and helpful. Amenities were great. I was very happy to know that they will be renovating the rooms this year. We can’t wait to come back! "

"The property itself has only one entrance. We stayed at the Ocean Tower which is about an 8-10 minute walk. However they do offer a free tram service to take you to other locations, as well as a boat. The views make this place! It’s by the ocean front, and they do have a rocky beach. There are three pools, two child-friendly pools, and one adult pool. And they’re very clean! They also have a sealed-off part of the ocean where you can paddle board, kayak, snorkel, or just swim! The water is very clean, and it’s filled with beautiful fish that you can just watch all day. The staff are very friendly and helpful! We didn’t have any negative interactions with any members of their team. We didn’t eat on property, but we would walk every day to the King or Queen’s shops, which are located about 35 minutes away, walking distance. There is a good variety of things to eat there, as well as a market for convenient shopping! To the left of the property is the Waikoloa Beach, which offers plenty of room for tourism and some a turtle preserve. Although it was a bit pricy, we did think it was worth the stay! It was beautiful!"

"Kikala Waterfall Lodge is a unique experience. Nature is your lullaby. We fell asleep to the sound of flowing water, croaking frogs, and the birds chirping. The rain shower added to the experience. The cabin was clean. The lodge had all you would need -kitchen, bathroom with shower, a living space with couch and chairs. We enjoyed the easy hike to the waterfall and opted not to swim due to cloud cover. The grounds have all you except to see in a Hawaiian rainforest. It is not your traditional hotel experience, but a step into Hawaiian life."
