"Pertama kali check in jauh sikit dari town Taiping. tapi distance ok cuma less than 8km. tempat cantik, sunyi, kawasan safe, kakitangan semua bagus. Air pressure pun kuat, bersih, aircond sejuk, tilam selesa, kalau ada kipas ceiling lagi bagus, sbb musim hujan, sejuk nak all the time pasang aircond je, hihii and TV tak dpt tengok sbb setting ke WiFi tak boleh connect, nasib baik raya, so berjalan raya sampai penat, tak sibuk nak tgk tv. hihihi. Shuben cakap next nak check in sini lagi, tapi nak request level ground. ada balkoni santai. Apa pun terbaik dan boleh perbaiki lagi untuk lebih maju. TV tu important, sbb bosan kalau takde TV. "

"Really nice and cosy hostel, the toilet and showers are you spacious. The balcony is also very nice on the evening. The beds in the dorm are very comfy and all have a mini fan aswell as ac in the room. 100% would recommend "

"In desperate need of some attention. Walls were cracked and peeling. Ceiling tiles in bathroom were moldy and falling down. Electrical outlet pulling away from wall. Cobwebs. Hasn’t seen a new coat of paint in years and the last one was poorly down. I can’t say anything positive about the breakfast. Amy at reception was the one very positive exception to this place. She helped me to a arrange a cab even after she was done for the day!"

"The bedsheet is not clean. The bathroom set up is not practical. Shower head is not practical. The pillow was smelly. "

"I loved the look of the hotel, it was very artsy. The rooms and hallways were hand painted & signed by the artist. Theres a working fish export business downstairs & a seafood restaurant upstairs. It's got a lot going on but it still feels quiet. The fish boats something operate during the night, so it can get a little noisy and smelly but that's living & working in a fishing village. The bed was firm but comfy and I had a great view of the lake and could watch the fishermen work from my balcony. The one lady on staff during my stay was fabulous; kind, friendly and super helpful. There's not a lot of english spoken in the area, even compared to Taiping."
