"It was perfect. Really courteous and helpful check in and out. The room was fabulous with complimentary snacks and drinks, and the most comfortable bed we’d slept in all holiday. It was very clean and had a wonderful deep bath to relax in, just what we needed after our flight. There was no noise from the planes which must have been close by, so we had a very restful stay. The complimentary buggy service from the terminal worked for us too. "

"The location of the hotel to the Airport. The shuttle bus was excellent ( however we didn’t realise you could get it from the airport and would have appreciated a timetable). We used a taxi from the airport and used the shuttle bus to catch our flight. Check in was good but we asked about breakfast and was told it was not available due to our 6:00am flight. However a number of other travellers had a take-away when we boarded the bus. Swimming pool, restaurant etc looked fab. Room was ok. Bit basic. One glass to drink water? When we asked for another, they brought another coffee mug? Also one tea bag.? Little things but it just gives a bad impression. Hotel ok for a basic stop-over. Not near anything by foot. Shopping mall/ outlet about 7 minutes by car and about £15 for a one-way journey when we looked on Grab during early evening. "

"Booked a water villa for the New Year celebration and had a wonderful stay. The villa was cozy yet felt very luxurious, with a beautiful private pool that I used throughout the day. Because of that, I often needed extra towels and floor towels, and housekeeping was excellent. They were very responsive and always provided everything I needed. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, a relaxing and memorable experience."
