"Very comfy stay. Would recommend. Easy access from KLIA international. Has buggy that takes you from terminal to hotel (or you can walk) Easy for next day flight. KLIA lots of food options - food garden 24h or restaurants on international departure floor. Gym, jacuzzi and spa available in hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Malaysian style :) Will come again. "It was only a quick 3-hour nap on a layover so I didn't really test everything, but for that it was good. Check in was easy, room was clean, good a/c, & comfy bed. Loved the cute airplane themes. No complaints (about the hotel—didn't have a bit of a fiasco with the taxi getting there but that's not the hotel's fault 😅) "

"Stayed here the second time. This time for 3 nights. Hot water was not available. We put up the clean-up-room sign but when we returned the room was not cleaned or tidied up. Only replaced towels and took out rubbish. Room (one bedroom suite) was spacious and next to a shopping mall. "
