"Staff are helpful and friendly, check in and out was easy. Entire hotel is clean, buffet breakfast has amazing choices with so many cuisine types and fresh fruit and juices. Pool is large, a bit warmer water temperature will be better. The fitness gym is unbelievably full-size gym with all new pro-grade equipment unlike any other hotel gyms. Ideal location! Less than 10 minutes walk to MRT & LRT stations via fully covered pedestrIan bridge and to 1 Utama mall, a gigantic multi-storey mall with abundant choices for local and western food, retail stores including 2 large grocery stores. Pickleball players, option of outdoor covered or uncovered courts located at next door hotel 10 min walk from MWorld hotel. Perhaps, more restaurants serving local foods on site in the hotel will be great improvement ."
