"The hotel was beautiful, the location was great, and the people were very friendly. However, there were certain details that could have made the stay a little better. - My room wasn't cleaned the second day of my stay. Housekeeping said they would clean it when I saw them in the halls at 5pm, but they never came. - There was a washing machine, but no detergent? I called to ask, but never got any - The staff didn't know anything about the area. So when I asked for specific recommendations like where to get roti, I didn't get any helpful information. - The shower in our family suite was poorly designed. We couldn't shower without water flowing out of the bath area and creating a flood around the toilet."

"First class accommodation at a great location in KL, close to the botanic garden, old train station, and Merdeka square. I was upgraded to a junior suite on arrival, enjoyed the spacious bathtub. Vegetarian options at the breakfast buffet are limited, but enough to satisfy (congee, roti with dal, eggs, yogurt, toast, fruit). Staff was friendly and attentive. Some noise at night from the road below and the monorails--rooms on the back might be quieter."

"Fabulous hotel in a great location connected to Central Station and Sentral Shopping Mall. Easy walk from airport train through the terminal to the hotel lobby. Wonderful staff, next level service. Everyone we met was polite and helpful. At first glance the room appeared dated, just older style but nicely presented and very clean. The room was huge, very comfortable bed and an ensuite that could be closed off or completely open so you could see the city lights from the bath and shower! Housekeeping each day with lovely fresh sheets and clean fluffy towels. Such a treat. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Incredible range of foods both hot and cold. Variety over the 5 mornings too. Restaurant staff were friendly and engaging even at 6am! Hotel facilities were fabulous. Gym and Spa available and 5 in house restaurants if you wanted to dine in. Loved lounging by the pool which was generous in size with plenty of space for all. Highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, excellent service and value for money. Would definitely book again."
