"Gothic in the tropics. Very moody and atmospheric styling. Plus; outside my room there is a great looking statue of a whale shark! Bonus :) Room is very clean. Breakfast buffet is great and clean! Staff are super friendly and helpful. One area that can be better cleaned is the fitness center. It’s fabulous that it is 24hrs available, but here is a tip: Add some disposable alcohol wipes and this will make the experience better and 5 stars!"

Gee Tatt, Muin and Osman were excellent hosts. They were welcoming, friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed interacting with the orang asli that lived in the area. Muin demonstrated to us how they used blowpipes and traps to hunt. It was a very enlightening and educational experience. Coming from a very hectic and stressful city environment, the soothing sounds of the waterfall and nature really helped to refresh us. We enjoyed the different varieties of breakfast every morning.
