super convenient, located near major sites. Best of all was the service, we were a family of 5, arranged an airport transfer for us, upgraded us to a family suite as it was Mother's Day and my dad's birthday. Accommodated a late check in and late check out request, gave good dining suggestions. And of course, the beautiful heritage mansion. Highly recommended for those going to Penang!

The amazimg sea view and spacious rooms are so impressive. The staff are very helpful and nice. Highly recommend to family travel.

Nice nostalgic hotel. Friendly staff. They advised us on places to go and places eat various local food fares. We do not have toilet inside the room. But it does not matter. We have a private toilet outside the room. The toilet is nearby and exclusive to our room only. The bedroom is clean and tidy.

Have a good stay in the room, value for money. The room provides the basic need and have washing machine and fridge outside the public area. Many restaurants and foods around that area. The room may need some renovation for the floor and toilet for the wear and tear.

We had a great time. The room was spacious and had was well designed. Big bathroom with a lovely shower. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They provide breakfast from local vendures which is delicious. Good location. Close to the night market and a short bus ride to the nature reserve and spice gardens. Recommend!!
