"One of the best hotel resorts I've been to! Here are some of our highlights: - the rooms and facilities are well-maintained - the staff were warm and friendly, very quickly addressing any issues or requests (e.g. item refills, queries about facilities, help with collection of food delivery) - excellent breakfast buffet spread (specifically the freshness of salad and fruits is amazing, since these are directly procured from the Desaru farms nearby) - early check-in and late check-out aligning with our ferry schedules :) I would definitely consider Westin again for my future staycations in Desaru!"

"A great choice for a short stay in Desaru. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious with large bathrooms and balconies. Pool and beach areas are beautiful and relaxing. Good variety of food at breakfast, service in the restaurants and bars was friendly but often rather slow. Limited dining options on site and not much else in the area other than a few other hotels and the golf course."
