"The hotel was clean and functional and it was good for my trip to Penang. I was surprised that the Jazz bar in the 29th floor was closed and was looking forward to some jazz nights. Too bad other than that it was good."

"Booked 4 rooms for this stay. 1/4 room was perfect, for other 3/4 rooms: A/C was warm and humid, and another room’s pillowcase had a lipstick stain and odour. Staff were excellent, helpful, and accommodating though. A/C was fixed immediately, and a room transfer was obliged. The breakfast selection did not offer a huge variety as I expected, and the porridge was quite cold. Staff was also super helpful and cared about missing items left behind after checkout. Overall, the service is top top. Hotel needs to brush up on room hygiene, maintenance, and improve breakfast variety for a more pleasant stay."

"We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel. The pool was shaded and cool even in March's heat wave! The breakfast buffet had everything we could want, and more. "

"The room was spotless and well appointed. There is a local hawker centre about 400 meters away which we walked to for dinner. The bus stops were very handy and only 2MR to George Town. Zeus coffee was 5 mins across the road which my coffee enthusiastic enjoyed for price and quality. "
