"The property is outdated. It is old and has musty odor in the bathroom. Room is very clean but the bathroom is average in cleanliness and there's a problem with the tub drainage, it takes forever to drain. Towels and slippers are pretty thin."

The complimentary shuttle made everything seamless, with easy access to the monorail and convenient pick-up from the parks. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and our ocean-view balcony overlooking Tokyo Bay offered beautiful sunset views. Breakfast was efficient and well-organised, with a good variety. Staff were warm and helpful throughout. We would happily stay again."
