great stay! Comfortable for 2A1C.

Connected to the station. And with few malls connected a very good choice to stay at. Amenities and space of the room was great too

Clean, good service, I was visiting in winder and the room is really comfortable

To have visitors pick up the toiletries from the lobby is an excellent idea to reduce wastage of resources. The toiletries were of good quality. Hotel is conveniently linked to a Family Mart, making any snack and supper purchase convenient. The breakfast has a good spread too.

Great location, friendly staffs, clean and comfy bedroom, nice breakfast buffet, will certainly come back again.

Check in at kiosk with staff around to assist, but it went smoothly. Room was spacious and comfy with modern amenities like a smart tv. Fresh towels delivered daily. Really enjoyed my stay here, and looking forward to stay here again when I’m in Tokyo

Hotel is just opposite Shiomi Station. Room is well cleaned and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful lobby and hotel is conveniently located, near to main station, with shopping and dining options. Nice room with good city view. The maintenance of the amenities in the room can be improved. Senior receptionist is thoughtful. He switched on the train display at the lobby when he noticed us looking intently at the beautiful display. He even offered to take a family photo for us with the display, and gave train stickers to my children. He makes the stay there more pleasant as a result....

Comfortable rooms with large beds but minimal walk space. Lovely balcony facing the park. Bathtub was a tad small but works fine. Room lighting was a little dim (especially for makeup) but ok after drawing the curtains. Near a few train stations but will need to travel a little for food.

Brand new. My kind of hotel stay. 1min away from train station. Easy accessible. Great stay. Will book the same hotel again

This is really a family-friendly hotel - the room we stayed in was huge (2 queen sized beds with a 2 bunk beds) and the hotel was really conveniently located. We could walk to Akihabara and it was literally only 4-5 stops from Ginza - or a 15-20 minute taxi ride (which cost about 2700 yen). Ella was really superb too - I had booked a room which I originally thought was sufficient for my family of 3 adults and 1 baby but we quickly found out that the bed situation was not ideal for my pregnant...
