Out of all the resorts I have stayed in the world, they are really my top few favorite picks. There is a number of things to do at the resort, it was never enough time to utilize the facilities.The Borneo Spa feels like you stepped into paradise. If there is a place you would like to recharge, this would be it. Looking forward to my next visit.

Simple beautiful property. Love the open beach right behind the villa.. makes it look like your own private beach.Love the adjoining swimming pool. Beautifully furnished. However, need some maintenance as the toilet bowl in the master bedroom feels like it will come off the floor and the lights outside were not working. Hotel might be a little off the city area but grab and easily accessible. I rather stay in the outskirts where it’s not that noisy. Nearby mall for all your needs at any hours, one borneo have lots to offer. But don’t expect a shopping heaven from it, it’s far from it. It maybe a hyper mall but shops are quite basic. Friendly staff, fast checkin & checkout. Very clean. Very happy stay. ** The front walking steps to enter the building, the Center dividing slope. It will good or highly recommended to paste sticker marks with different Colors. International traveller might missed it, step on it & fell.

Our state was very nice. No problems. Just to be aware that this is not the touristy part of town. With no offense meant, we were the only white couple. We saw the whole time in this area. Everyone was smiling and friendly. No problem whatsoever with the locals they were very welcoming!

unexpectedly, my family was given a room with balcony with can see the sunrise and Mt Kinabalu. My children are very happy with playground and photo-taking stations. Me & my wife are overwhelmed and very satisfied with the delicious and abundant FOC breakfast

Room is showing its age but it should return to its glory days with minor touch up. Service was excellent, especially front staff! Would recommend dining at fishermen’s cove - fresh food, excellent service and nice ambience to wind down the day.

Great location, room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staffs.Price was reasonable and free breakfast. This my 5th time stay in this hotel. Will be back again for my next trip.

Clean room and helpful staff.

The owner was friendly and helpful. Contacted me a few days before my trip thru whatsapp, and even allow me to check-in earlier as the room was ready. The place is close to the coastal area of KK city and walking distance to a few shopping malls and the night market. Clean and neat place. Would recommend to others!

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive!. They even have powerbanks and charging cables in e room. It's also near to the airport so if you do not want to hear aeroplanes then may nt work for you.

The location is perfect, at the heart of the city, walkable distance to all places of interest. Main thing to look forward to were the staff that were super hospitable! Extremely grateful to the staff for accommodating and giving guidance every step of the way and they were very quick too!

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful on check in
