Hotels near Karambunai Shopping Area

Hotel might be a little off the city area but grab and easily accessible. I rather stay in the outskirts where it’s not that noisy. Nearby mall for all your needs at any hours, one borneo have lots to offer. But don’t expect a shopping heaven from it, it’s far from it. It maybe a hyper mall but shops are quite basic. Our stay was awesome, room is clean and staff and friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average, KK have much more to offer for breakfast in other places. Didn’t get to try their...

Our state was very nice. No problems. Just to be aware that this is not the touristy part of town. With no offense meant, we were the only white couple. We saw the whole time in this area. Everyone was smiling and friendly. No problem whatsoever with the locals they were very welcoming!

The owner was friendly and helpful. Contacted me a few days before my trip thru whatsapp, and even allow me to check-in earlier as the room was ready. The place is close to the coastal area of KK city and walking distance to a few shopping malls and the night market. Clean and neat place. Would recommend to others!

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful on check in

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive!. They even have powerbanks and charging cables in e room. It's also near to the airport so if you do not want to hear aeroplanes then may nt work for you.

Hotel was near jetty and was suitable to go islands hopping anytime. Nearby shopping mall and night market. Booked family room and was surprised the room was big. Breakfast spread was impressive. The seaview from the swimming pool was great too. Will definitely go back again.

Property is in the city centre and above a shopping mall. The coordinator (Rose) is very responsive.

Very comfy room.. good parking facilities..

Just the toilet kinda small & not much facilities

Room quite big, good for 2 or more pax. Walls have stain, but other facilities and bed sheet, towels are fine.

Good location and reseonable price. Walking distance to Sunday Market and shopping centre.

Allowed to leave luggage before going for Mt. Kinabula climb and room already ready (with luggage inside) on return. No drinking water and amenities limited in room. Cable TV indicated in Hotets.com is limited to local free channels only - very poor signal. Hotel on 3rd floor and heavy luggage will be a problem. Room is spacious. Toilet and cleanliness acceptable. WiFi is very weak but usable from room is they are around reception. For price paid, its value for money. Great view for...
