The rooms are spacious. Really loved my stay there. Its opposite to a shopping mall which is a great advantage. The staff were absolutely amazing. Especially Sheila. She was outstanding. Very professional and helpfull. The only downfall was the water wwas cold on some days.

A true oasis in Nairobi. Gives the feeling of being in a bush resort/ camp. Food is quite good, compliments to the chef. Relaxed, natural ambience.

I traveled to Nairobi, where I was picked up by a staff from hotel. Stayed at the Troy hotel for two weeks. I had plenty of dishes to choose from.
