"100% recommend! The staff are all super helpful. Breakfast and dinner are delicious! When we first arrived at Hakuba station, the hotel said they will arrange a pick up for us. The moment we stepped out of the station, the hotel staff was there waiting with a signage that made it easy for us to find. He was even willing to bring us to a nearby convenient store to buy stuff if needed, even though we didn't need to. At the hotel, we managed to get early check in which was great and allowed us to get our ski equipment and lesson for the kids at 2pm. The hotel staff was very helpful and pointed us to nearby places where we can quickly get our gear and lessons. We managed to get the last lesson slot for the day at Iimori with an English speaking instructor. For the next day, there were no more lessons available at Iimori but the hotel managed to helped us book the last Chinese speaking instructor at Hakuba Goryu, which was great. We can speak English and Chinese, but not that much of Japanese. The hotel staff was even so kind to send us over to Hakuba Goryu as we had two young kids, so we don't have to walk a bit to wait for the shuttle bus. On our last day, we used the new ski equipment rental shop right at the hotel and just walked across to the slopes to snowboard. We managed to get a morning session in after we check out and leave our bags with the hotel. After which the hotel staff send us to Hakuba station to catch our train! Thank you and loved our stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay at hotel Sejour Mint. Although there was a mix up with our Expedia reservation, the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming in providing us a room. This hotel has a lovely atmosphere. The location is perfect as it is an easy walk to the mountain and there are restaurants/bars around the corner. I would highly recommend staying here and would not hesitate to stay again if we are in Hakuba."

"The staff were very responsive and friendly. The hotel was also very warm and inviting - they lit the fireplace on some nights and there were fun amenities in the lobby like hammocks and a foosball table. My 9 year old daughter loved the kid's club and was there before dinner everyday. My husband and I also loved the gym - it was very clean and well equipped. The onsen was also wonderful, especially the outdoor section. The breakfast buffet selection was very wide and we needed a couple of days to finish discovering all the dishes. Parking was free and very convenient - we were able to park very close to the lobby. The room was spacious and had a huge powder room and a very clean shower and bath area. Housekeeping was very good at making sure we were well supplied with drip coffee and bottled water everyday. The only small downside was the distance between the hotel and the closest town. Thankfully we drove, so it wasn't difficult to get in and out. The surrounding area is beautiful and we would love to visit again not just for the hotel, but also for the scenic spots!"

"Budget friendly pension, you get what you pay for. If you're just there to ski, want to save money, and don't care for a fancy place or amenities. Room was decently spacious, we had a quad room 2 beds with 2 more beds with the loft so could fit up for 4 people. Pros: Walkable to Goryu Ski Resort, there are a couple of bars/restaurants within 2 minutes of walking. There is a place to store your skis/snowboard equipment and its a heated room so your items can dry. The owners will cook for you (extra cost) for breakfast or dinner (never tried it, but others staying here said the food was solid). Con: You can only use the shower from 4pm - 9:30pm and its on the bottom floor. There is only 1 shower from what I saw. Ended up just using the onsen at Goryu Ski Resort every night after skiing to shower. The main shared bathroom only has 1 stall for the men's side, but there is one downstairs on the main floor too. "

"We loved our stay here. Shuto and Yuya were excellent hosts. This place definitely gives off hostel/community vibes however you get the comfort of your own room. Convenient location. It’s hard to get around town if you don’t have a car but there are a few shuttles running throughout the day. "

"Ski in ski out location. Fantastic hotel with large rooms and indoor fire pit. Staff were extremely helpful. Having a vehicle is preferable to go to and from town but they do run a shuttle Service free of charge."
