"Location was quiet and close to the city. The room had a beautiful view of Baguio However the unit needs improvement on cleanliness. It needs deep cleaning When I opened the cabinets it stunk and had small roaches. The bathrooms are not so clean and finally it could use some de-cluttering too much furniture. I didn’t like the mattress laid on the floor in the living room. I hope I didn’t offend you with my comments. Sorry"

"There is no one to help you when there are urgent concerns you have to wait the next day. Parking is narrow and unsafe. The room smells awful and the hallway leading to the unit smells like dog poop. The unit is not sound proof - you can hear conversations on the hallway and outside. The description on the site does not match with what it actually looks like. Horrible experience and I will not recommend this place."
