"剛好窗外的馬路在施工，因窗戶有座雙層氣密窗，其實聽不太到外面車流噪音或是施工的噪音，離基隆火車站很近，過一條馬路就到了，附近有公家停車場路程約5~10分鐘，整體來說還是很不錯的！"
