"It's in a very convenient area/location, close to variety of bus stations. Staff are very friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Room is clean and being tidied up every day, I love that the hotel cares and trying as much as they could to be eco friendly. "The front office needs to be tidy。I saw the restaurant check out desk was a mess. I was dining in one night, and they would took dishes or objects in front of me, but without asking me first, which is rude. The guys at front door area were nice but their uniform were loose and unfit, no spiritual expression. Plus , they were a little old, although this is not an important issue. The hotel check in and check out service were excellent. People were polite, efficient, and very accurate! I rate them the best! Too many tourists were taking photos in the lobby, and they are too loud. A customer"

"The staff were very professional and quick to any requests I made. The rooms were well-maintained and clean as well. Housekeeping was available anytime until even late at night. So it was convenient when I had to work from the hotel room the whole day. "

"I loved everything about the hotel! It was very elegant and nice! The staff was amazing! The food was great! You can walk for days and experience so much. The only thing negative i have to say is about the temperatures of the pool and the hot tub. The pool was probably an average temperature. But i expected to sweat in the hot tub in order to easily want to get in the pool. Other than the temperatures, it was the best hotel experience ive ever had!! Great place to go!"
