Very clean, convenience and easy access to Taipei city by MRT (subway). This hotel is in New Taipei. Airport is an hour taxi ride - that's the only inconvenience. Excellent staff, they are very helpful and make your stay enjoyable.

The hotel is great. I was attending a work conference at the exhibition center across the river in Taipei. The late night concierge on the weekend immediately made me feel at home, coming in at 11 pm on my first solo trip to Asia. The breakfast is excellent. Be aware that most of the restaurants amd things to do are on the other side of the river. There is a shuttle about six times a day to the exhibition center, the HSR station and the Lala mall.

its about 2km from the nagong HSR and multiple metro stations. only a quick 150 taxi ride away. we had a large room with 3 very comfortable full size beds. we all had very good night sleep..

comfortable bed and lining. Neat and tidy. Staff are friendly. Very near to 饒河夜市 (10min taxi), 遠東廣場(5 mins by bus)(lots of shops, restaurant, and a huge indoor playground for kids). The only draw back is no shop and restaurant in walking distance, need to take a bus or taxi to 捷運 or 高鐵 or 台鐵.

Beautiful hotel. Amazing sauna facilities that I had all to myself. I don't speak Mandarin, and it wasn't a problem. Everything is extremely English friendly. The location is a bit inconvenient, but Uber works in Taipei, and it's dirt cheap compared to US prices. Don't hesitate to book.
