I like it is next to beach, dinning is ok. Foods is always on time with extra foods. Beach and communal area is clean. Staffs are works very hard. However, Staffs are not speak English except Yaqub, Dinara. Also do not have fasilaties UK peoples charger for Laptop/phone. Room clean only when you ask.

OK hotel
The hotel is well located, has a nice gravely beach. An all inclusive so the food is not their strength. However, it's a good value for money. Don't recommend the Spa at all. Lack or cleanliness and professionalism. So don't waste your money using them. Stick to the beach and other facilities

Проживание в отеле понравилось. Всем кто сюда едет нужно понимать концепцию отеля и тогда проблем с отдыхом не будет. Кухня была на уровне, выбирать было из чего. Спасибо аниматору Yasin’ у, за хорошее настроение.

Nice hotel next to beach
Close to beach mainly Russians at hotel and staff speak little English . Lovely beach area and near shopping area and bus stops. Rooms were not cleaned properly and hotels toilet areas not cleaned regularly! Food was good but got a bit samey by the end of the week! Nice views from hotel! Get what you pay for and was a good holiday for what we paid! Entertainment was good and all inclusive drinks were good !

THIS IS THE WORSE HOTEL I EVER STAYED IN MY LIFE. I'VE TRAVELED TO OVER 50 COUNTRIES AND THOUGHT I HAVE SEEN IT ALL, UNTIL I STAYED AT THIS ONE. NEVER EVER STAY AT THIS PLACE...THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO GIVE THEMSELVES 5 STAR RESORT.....IT'S A JOKE! ON THE SIDE NOTE, I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED THE WAY THIS RESERVATION WAS HANDLED BY EXPEDIA. I'VE TRIED TO CANCEL WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING. CALLED 18 TIMES!!!!! FROM OVERSEAS. THEY GAVE ME A STORY ABOUT THE WORK THEY HAVE DONE TO HELP ME. AT THE END, THE RESORT KEPT ALL THE FUNDS AND EXPEDIA COULD NOT DO (OR DID NOT WANT TO DO) ANYTHING ABOUT IT....THANK GOD WE HAVE COMPETITION IN THIS COUNTRY!!!!

The hotel was full of flies, specially in the restaurant. There were a lot of stray cats in the resultant and walking on the table, licking the used plates. It was a buffet restaurant with lots of fly on open foods and deserts. The air condition was hardly working, we had to buy a small fan. Hardly any staff could speak a word of English. So we could not even tell any one about the problems. The bathroom was not very clean, the shower drain, was almost blocked. We had to really asked a few times to make sure they change the towels and bed sheets, after a few days!! But the sea was good!!!

Amazing scenary and location
Booked a suite originally when we arrived they took us to a standard room and when i went back to query the room no one spoke english and when the person who did arrived i was being told that they dont advertise their suites online therefore we cant have it i said thats not my problem you speak to expedia about that. Next day we were given the suite but then the air con was not working and had to keep going to the reception first we were told previous people had lost the AC control and they would fetch a other one after 6 hours i went back and they said control is not an issue but there is a broken part to the air con which needs replacing and this was fixed the next day. Food and scenary and location is superb, some of the staff are nice it tends to be the management and those with a bit more responsibilty that are rude and have attitude problems, the waiters and others are lovely. Wifi is very very poor u rarely get any connection in your room and they say in the lobby it works best but even coming out of the comfort of your room to the lobby it rarely works its soo slow for a five star hotel that is disappointing.

First and foremost, this is my personal review not a complete evaluation. Staff is great, except the checking team. We had to wait for 2 hours at lobby because they said they are waiting for our reservation details from expedia, even though I made a reservation 2 days before I arrived hotel. Food is great, but they need to pay attention to details. Greens and veggies were not cleaned well, some were dirty. Pool is great. Rooms are not very clean.. First day glass of our shower broke. We reported to guest services. Glass is not replaced because they didnt have a glass to replace. We asked them to clean broken glass from shower 3 times but there were still small glass pieces in room and shower... Refrigerator does not work and they did not repla Beach is the best part! Kadir at service is very friendly and nice to guests. tall guy at grill is awesome, cooks well. and never refused our requests. Overall, hotel is at great place in Kemer, great beach and weather. But management is poor. This hotel should be managed in a better way.

Cleanliness and facilities were very nice and rich. The biggest downturn was the staff that treated us poorly after addressing them in Turkish. After talking in English, they were nice and helpful. It is a great pity how the staff is treating locals....

Merhabalar Otelde 2021 Ramazan Bayramı arifesi ile bayramın bitişine kadar toplamda 4 gece konakladık. Arkadaşlar otel fevkaladenin fevkinde, muhteşem ötesi, süper vb. tüm güzel sıfatları hak ediyor. Beğenmeyen, olumsuz yorum yapan arkadaşların konakladıklarını veya gerçek olduklarını düşünmüyorum. Otele girişte resepsiyondaki Veysel bey, Cabbar Bey ilgi alakaları ile gayet güzel bi oda verdiler. Yemekler muhteşem, Çalışan tüm arkadaşlar acayip ilgili ve Türk yabancı ayrımı yapmadan sizinle ilgileniyorlar ve son derece saygılılar. Üst, baş, kılık, kıyafet düzenleri gayet iyi idi. Havuz temizliği ve sahil düzeni gayet güzeldi. Deniz muhteşem derecede berrak durumda, sadece giderken deniz ayakkabısı ile girilmeli. 4 Gün sonunda son derece memnun olarak tatilimizi bitirdik. Otelin ve misafirlerin her şeyi ile ilgilenen Deniz Hanım'a da teşekkürler ediyorum. Her şey iyi güzelde her şey mi mükemmeldi dediğinizi duyar gibiyim. Tabi ki eksikleri var. Örneğin otelde yerleşim ile ilgili bir problem gözlemledim. Restoran'a girer girmez kapının önünde Tatlı reyonunun olması kuyruklara yol açıyor ve girişi tıkayabiliyor. Izgara reyonu üvey evlat gibi arka tarafta bir yere konumlandırılmış. Restoran'da yeniden düzenleme yapılmalı diye düşünüyorum. Diğer bir yerleşim sıkıntısı Aquaparkın ve bar bölümü eğer sorarsanız bulabilirsiniz çünkü otelin dışında bulunmaktadır. Bence bu bölümü otelin yanında bulunan yeşil alana monte edebilirler.

Welcome to Hell without air condition!
Bu otele 5 yıldız fazla. Turizm Bakanlığı denetleyip 2 yıldızı geri almalı. Kapasite fazla ama altyapı yetersiz, personel yetersiz müşteriye yetemiyorlar. Antalya'da Ağustos sıcağında bayram zehir oldu. Klimayı bugün yapacağız yarın yapacağız derken ziyan oldu günler. Lobi harici serin bir yeri yoktu restoranda ter içinde yemek ye. Oda kaynıyor. Her yerde sıra var. Sonra Türk turist memnuniyetsiz deniyor. Koridorlar kirli. O kadar güzel bir tesis ancak bu kadar kötü işletilir. Yemekler güzeldi ama sıcaktan bir şey anlamıyorsun. Ne sosyal mesafeye dikkat edebiliyorsun kalabalıktan ne hijyene. Bari deniz güzel olsun diyorsun ama pislik içinde denizi de. Tekneciler pisliğini dökmüş gibi. Tek olumlu yanı güneşlikler ve yemeklerin kalabalık olmadanki hali idi. Personel yetersizliğinden girişte 1 saat bekliyorsunuz. Misafir ilişkileri idare etme üzerine kurulu. 5 yıldızına aldanıp gelmeyin, Ege'nin gözünü seveyim.

Evimizde gibi hissettik
Balayı konseptinde geldik Ağustos ayında. Yazılan bazı olumsuz yorumlar kafama takılmıştı ama gerçekler başkaymış. -Odalar biraz eski ama temiz, -Restaurantta çok güzel yemekler çıkıyor, -Animasyon show yeterli, -Havuz her gün temizleniyor, -Havuz başı şezlonglar az ancak sahilde yeteri kadar var, -Tüm personeller bileğinin hakkını veriyor, -Konumu itibariyle Çamyuva’nın en iyi oteli, -Cumartesi Türk gecesi düzenleniyor, En önemlisi 2 gün sonra kendinizi EVİNİZDE hissediyorsunuz. Arkadaş gurubu ile yaptığımız tatilde, otel konum olarak güzel, personel ve animasyon ekibi ilgili, sezonda gittiğimiz için temizlik otel yoğunluğu nedeni ile takibi zor olabilir fakat kontrollerinin sık yapılmalıdır.

KORKUNÇ , KAÇIN!!! Hayatımda umarım bir daha böyle bir otele gitmem okadar yazıcak şey var ki ama nereden başlasam bilmiyorum . 4 gün boyunca 3 öğün kabuklu meyve yiyerek , mikrop kapmamaya çalısarak yaşamaya çalıştık. Odalar leş kapılar kitlenmiyor yemekler çok kötü otelin önü yağ kokuyor , sırf rusları biruere toplayıp öldürmesek yeter diye yemeği basmışlar ama yemeğe yemek denir mi ? adamlar herşeyi yiyor çöp olsa yine yiyorlar yani , kaçın kaçın! İnternet bile paralı

Değerli Misafirimiz, Armas Labada Otelimiz Çamyuva bölgesinde kenine has dokusu ve ortamı ile çok güzel bir tesis.Zaten diğer misafir yorumlarını baktığınızda haklı olduğumuz anlaşılacaktır.Misaifir yorumları bizim için çok değerli ancak hakaret vari yorumları dikkate almadımızı bildirmek isteriz. 1;Eğer isim yada iletişim bildirirseniz niye bu kadar tedirğin oldunuzu konuşmak isteriz. 2;Otelmizde bulunduğnuz sürede bize ulaşıp rahatsızlığınız dile gelmiş olsaydı çözüm bulunurdu ancak her büfede zaten 100 e yakın çeşidiyle büfemiz gayet güzel ve ilçe tarım tarafından periodik olarak denetim yapılmaktadır. 3;Tüm tesis günlük en ince ayrıntısana kadar temizlenmekte ve raporlanmaktadır. 4;Ruslar yemek kültürü olan tatil yapmayı seven ve ülke turizmine yön bir millet böyle bir millete ne bulsalar yiyorlar yakıştırması hoş olmamıştır.
