Everyone went over and beyond at this hotel and we will come again. The food was excellent and the rooms are beautiful and very well kept. "

"Exceptional customer service, very slick shuttle service from the airport. Everything was wonderful except the only complaint is waiting over an hour for our evening meal. I understand that the staff need to eat too ( all the staff disappeared for at least 20 minutes) but as we were the only ones ordering food in the restaurant we would have appreciated being kept informed that there was going to be a delay especially as we had an early flight the next day. "

"Beautiful old hotel in downtown Nairobi. The suite was excellent. The lounge is great. The hotel helped us get to the airport when downtown was hit with the Gen Z protests. "
