"At check in we received a massive amount of help. We had issues trying to find our car rental return and the front desk went above and beyond to help. Making multiple phone calls. Very appreciated."

"Originally given a room next to some quite major refurbishment works. Works starting at 8.30am until 5pm. Plastic sheeting covering floor, plastic up over the walls, hole in ceiling above room door with wiring viewable, presumably for electrical work. Asked to move rooms which they did, but to be honest, they shouldn't have even considered that a suitable room in the first place. Good that they're doing maintenance, but could be managed much better. Also, ice machine on our floor not working. No sign to indicate that it was out of order - just a locked door. No sign to indicate where the nearest working one might be."
